Using this website

You may use this website to learn about Mainstay and request a website assessment. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful material, or attempt to access systems or information you are not authorized to access.

Website assessments

Submitting a request does not create a client relationship or guarantee that Mainstay will accept work. Any initial assessment is general commercial feedback based on information available at the time, not legal, financial, cybersecurity, or accessibility-certification advice.

Website Rescue pricing

Website Rescue starts at $2,500 CAD for a straightforward local-service business website. For a typical $2,500 engagement, the payment schedule is a $1,250 deposit to begin and $1,250 due at launch. Domain registration and hosting are not included unless a written scope expressly says otherwise; a client may purchase them directly or ask Mainstay to arrange them as a separate cost. Requirements outside the typical scope are identified and priced according to the additional work before the project begins. A project starts only after both parties agree to a written scope, payment schedule and commercial terms.

Concept work

Northline and other explicitly labelled concept demonstrations are fictional and are not client case studies, testimonials, or claims of measured business results.

Content and availability

Site content may change. While Mainstay aims to keep information accurate and the website available, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, Mainstay is not liable for losses arising solely from reliance on general website content or temporary unavailability.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
